A Legacy of Leadership Across Industries

Dr. Neal’s invitation to Yale is a result of his lifetime of strategic leadership, conflict resolution mastery, and transformative mentorship. His career spans military service, public safety, corporate leadership, and faith-based mentorship, positioning him as a dynamic leadership expert.

His extensive background includes serving as a Desert Storm Army veteran, where he gained firsthand experience leading under battlefield conditions. He later transitioned into public safety as a firefighter and EMT, responding to crisis situations requiring clear-headed decision-making and emergency leadership. In the corporate sector, Dr. Neal spent over 25 years in telecommunications engineering, developing expertise in corporate leadership and strategic problem-solving.

Beyond his work in public and corporate sectors, Dr. Neal is an ordained minister, bringing faith-driven mentorship and community leadership to his practice. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University, demonstrating his academic commitment to leadership training. He is also a certified John C. Maxwell Team-Trained Speaker, recognized for his experience in leadership and communication development.

Dr. Neal’s work is built on a singular philosophy: “Everyone has a gap between where they are and where they want to be—in the way they live, lead, and communicate. A bridge makes crossing that gap easier.
