New Eight-Week Early-Access Program Combines TamWay Technology, Live Education and Family Participation
HOUSTON, TEXAS – August 13, 2026 – Attorney Terry Peden and TamWay Legal are opening applications for the inaugural TamWay Parole Packet Accelerator, an eight-week virtual program created to help families of incarcerated individuals organize the information and materials involved in developing a parole packet.
The Accelerator marks the first opportunity for families nationwide to gain early access to the new TamWay Parole Packet technology before its broader public release. Participants will work with the platform while also taking part in live group education and coaching with Peden, allowing the first cohort to experience the technology with direct guidance and contribute feedback during its early development.
More Than a Technology Platform
Preparing for parole can involve gathering documentation, developing information about housing and employment, identifying community support, addressing family relationships, and organizing plans for returning home. TamWay was developed to give families a more structured way to approach that work.
For Peden, however, launching the technology is about more than creating another digital resource.
“Families shouldn’t have to wait until everything feels perfect to start preparing for parole. We built TamWay to give people a clearer process, and for this first group, I wanted to do more than hand them technology. I want to be in the room with them while they use it, hear where they get stuck and help us build something better for the families who come next.”
That hands-on approach is at the center of the inaugural Accelerator. Instead of releasing a completed product and waiting for users to determine how well it works for their needs, TamWay is inviting families into the development process from the beginning.

An Eight-Week Guided Experience
The TamWay Parole Packet Accelerator will run for eight weeks and is available virtually to accepted applicants. Enrollment is $500, with applications required for participation.
Participants will receive:
- Early access to the TamWay Parole Packet Generator
- Eight weeks of guided packet-building support
- Live group education and coaching with Terry Peden
- Sessions at 7:30 PM on alternating Wednesdays and Sundays
- Access to the private TamWay Circle community
- Opportunities to ask questions while working through their materials
- Resources and guidance throughout the Accelerator
- The opportunity to provide feedback that can help shape TamWay before its broader release
Families Become Part of the Development Process
The first cohort is intentionally being introduced while TamWay continues its product development. Participants will not only use the technology; their experiences can help identify what works, where users may encounter challenges, and what additional features or support may be valuable as the platform develops.
Peden sees this approach as an opportunity to build alongside the people TamWay was created to serve.
“We could spend another several months trying to decide behind closed doors what families need, or we can invite families into the process now. This Accelerator lets people start doing important work today while helping us make TamWay stronger for tomorrow.”
The company describes the Accelerator as both an early-access opportunity and a guided implementation experience, giving participants substantially more interaction and support than the planned self-guided TamWay product.
Why the Program Is Launching Now
Parole preparation may begin well before a hearing or release decision. Families can have significant information to gather and organize, including potential housing, employment, community support, personal development, and family-related information.
The Accelerator provides an eight-week timeframe for participants to begin addressing that work rather than continuing to postpone it. It also represents an important first step toward TamWay’s planned broader availability.
